Ocean City Condos rents beach vacation condos located in the oceanfront buildings pictured above as well as boardwalk area townhouses. They all have fully equipped kitchens with ceramic top ranges, full size refrigerators, microwaves and dishwashers as well as washers and dryers right in the units. All have multiple TV's with either cable or satellite service and free Wi-Fi. But most important of all, all properties are located either directly on the beach or downtown by the Boardwalk.
We are a family-owned business and we only rent properties we own. Since no third parties are involved in our rentals, there are no third party fees such as processing fees, service fees, booking fees, host fees, or even cleaning fees added to the cost. You just pay for the rent and taxes. Compare our bottom line prices with those offered by Vacasa, AirBnB, or VRBO and you will quickly see the difference. Our oceanfront units offer Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday arrival dates for weekly rentals. Three night weekend rentals are available for Thursday and Saturday arrival days. Four night weekday rentals are available for Sunday and Tuesday arrival days. Our Boardwalk area townhouses offer weekly rentals as well as 3 or 4 night stays starting any day of the week.
