The Sea Watch has everything to make your beach vacation something to remember. The list of outdoor amenities include tennis courts, a pickleball court, basketball court, a playground for the kids, an oceanfront pool with a large deck for sunbathing, and a children's pool. Inside you will find a fitness center, the largest game room on the beach, and a movie theater free to all guests. The interior courtyard has an array of flowers and bushes, a central fountain offering a peaceful spot to relax, and a small shop called My Place offering lite snacks and drinks. The Sea Watch is right across the street from the Gold Coast mall, so shops and dining are just steps away.

Sea Watch condos have 2 Bedroom plus and enclosed den and two baths. All have upgraded kitchens with maple cabinets, granite countertops, and brand new appliances. They have their own private laundry room which provides extra space to story beach items. Each units comes with a secure private WiFi network and video streaming on the TV's that includes HBO, Showtime, The Movie channel, Prime Video, and Netflix. Bedding consists of king beds in the master Bedroom, queen beds in the second and third bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the living room.

All rentals are through Seaside Vacation that charges only for rent, taxes and a cleaning fee with no booking fee, service fee or other charges to jack up the price. They provide fresh sheets and towels with each rental and accept rentals arriving any day of the week with a three night minimum.
