Our family owns and rents 1, 2, and 3 Bedroom condos at the Golden Sands that accommodate 4, 6, and 8 guests respectively. While each of our units have sleep sofas in the living room, there are a sufficient number of beds to provide a real bed for everyone in the party. All of our units have been renovated. The kitchens have maple cabinets, either granite or quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The one bedroom unit has a single bath. The two bedroom unit has two full baths and the three bedroom unit has three baths and all have been renovated. The units have a private network for WiFi and incredible streaming options on the TVs which include HBO, Showtime, The Movie Channel, Prime Video and Netflix.
As for the Golden Sands itself, let's start from the top down. On the 22nd floor Penthouse level you will find the indoor swimming pool,game room, a fitness center, and men's and women's saunas. On the recreation deck, you will find a bar serving food and drinks all day and into the evening hours, an ice cream parlor, a deli, a beach shop, and a game room. At the edge of the deck, there are adult and children's pools, a tennis court, and a pickleball court. Just below the recreation deck you will find our private beach area with half being reserved for sun bathers and the other half for volleyball.
Seaside Vacations handles the rentals for all of our properties. They charge for the rent, taxes and cleaning fee without added extras. You can arrive any day of the week subject to a three night minimum stay.
