Our Parrot Bay Townhouses are located between 4th and 5th Streets, with 3 Bedrooms and 3 baths, putting you close to all major Boardwalk attractions but just far enough away so you are not bothered by the Boardwalk noise when you want to relax. Our townhouses are essentially identical in layout and features. All have a king bed in the MBR, queens in bedrooms 2 and 3, and two queen sleep sofas in the living room. Kitchens are fully equipped and have maple cabinets,granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances installed in 2024. New carpeting was installed in all the units this Spring. Each unit has its own washer and dryer in a private laundry room. TV with HBO and Netflix and WiFi on your own private network are included.

Even in this downtown location, rentals include two offstreet parking spots. A park with playground equipment and skateboard rink are located on the next block and a fishing pier is next to the park. These townhouses are managed by Seaside Vacations. They charge for just the rent, taxes, and cleaning fee and make sure that fresh sheets and towels are included with each rental. With the Boardwalk, shopping, restaurants, and nite life, including a 24 hour grocery, just steps from your door, you can park your cars for your entire stay as everything is so close by.
