During the May through September summer season, we rent our oceanfront condos and boardwalk area townhouses out on a weekly or partial week basis. However, from October through mid-April each year, we lease these properties to individuals or couples. Our monthly rates for these winter rentals are typically a fraction of what we charge for a single week during the summer. All of our properties are fully furnished and ready to move in. All have a washer and dryer right in the unit in addition to a fully equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances. All utilities, except for electricity, are included in the rent. All units have free WiFi either through building-wide Wi-Fi or a network within the unit.
We are interested in finding reliable caretakers for these luxury resort units in lieu of having them vacant for the off-season or renting them for the occasional weekend. For this reason, we will only accept non-smoking tenants with an excellent rental history and good references. Past winter tenants have included locals seeking an inexpensive rental for the off season, individuals new to the area looking for a shorter term rental before making a long term housing decision, folks from the DC and Baltimore area that just want a beach spot to visit frequently during the off season, and folks seeking an alternate worksite at the beach over the winter.

(Note that the Seaside pages describe features available during the summer season so things such as the outdoor pools will not be available during winter months.) Please do not submit a request for any unit that has "RENTED" in lieu of the monthly rent as such units have already been rented to another party.

The rental period for all properties is October 15 to April 15. If a unit has no bookings in early October, an earlier check in date can be arranged at no additional cost.
