Ocean City Senior Week Rentals has properties thoughout Ocean City. We offer townhouses by the Boardwalk and an assortment of 1, 2, and 3 Bedroom oceanfront condos in North Ocean City. Rental rates range from $38 to $51 per person per night in fully occupied units. Only a small fraction of the rental properties in Ocean City permit rentals to graduating high school seniors. Every year we get last minute calls from senior groups that paid for a rental that was canceled when the rental agent or owner discovered that the group involved was high school seniors. In some cases, they refused to refund the money. We gladly welcome graduating seniors at all of our locations at all times of the season.
We are a family-owned business and we only rent properties we own. Since no third parties are involved in our rentals, there are no third party fees such as processing fees, service fees, booking fees, or even cleaning fees added to the cost. You just pay for the rent and taxes. Compare our bottom line prices with those offered by Vacasa, AirBnB, or VRBO and you will quickly see the difference. Our townhouses offer weekly and partial week rentals starting any day of the week. Our oceanfront properties offer weekly rentals with Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, and Tuesday arrival dates. Three night weekend rentals are available with Thursday and Saturday arrival dates. Four night midweek rentals are available with Sunday and Tuesday arrival dates.
