Our family owns beach vacation condos located in the oceanfront buildings pictured above as well as townhouses downtown by the Boardwalk. All have renovated kitchens with new cabinets, granite countertops, and new appliances. All units have central air, washers and dryers, free Wifi and keyless entry. And all are furnished with fresh sheets and towels with every rental.

After handling our own rentals for many years, we listed all of our units with Seaside Vacations who now handles all of the reservations and property management. We selected Seaside after interviewing different companies and liked the fact that they charge renters for just the rent, taxes and a reasonable cleaning charge. So many other options such as AirBnB, VRBO, and Vacasa charge renters many extra fees driving up the final price.
