We charge your credit card for 25% of the rental total (rent, 10.5% tax and $45 Realtor processing charge) at the time you make your reservation. Once the reservation is processed, you will receive an e-mail at the e-mail address you provide showing the amount and due dates for all remaining payments. Basically, 25% is due when the reservation is made, another 25% is due 60 days prior to arrival, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. The refundable Security Deposit is due 14 days prior to arrival.
The e-mail you receive will contain a link to your reservation. Just click on the link to make a payment. Online payments may be made using Mastercard, VISA, or Discover cards; using Paypal, or even by a personal check online. Make sure you enter your e-mail address correctly in the form below as this is our primary means of getting information to you.
