This luxurious unit has something for everyone.   Located right across the street from the Gold Coast Mall, you are within two blocks of several restaurants, a major supermarket, a movie theatre, and lots of shopping.   Our three bedroom, two full bath condo comfortably sleeps 8 adults.   Ocean views from the Master Bedroom and Living Room as well as the oceanfront balcony.   The unit is equipped with a TV in each Bedroom as well as the Living Room.   All offer multichannel HBO and STARZ in addition to a full lineup of other channels.   We have high speed Internet service in the unit and provide a computer system for your use.   If you have a laptop that you would like to bring along, the building also has free wireless service by the pool and interior courtyard.   The Sea Watch has the best security service on the Beach and a video gameroom that rivals what is offered on the Boardwalk.   An indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, playground for smaller kids, tennis courts, a basketball court, a sandwich shop, and a separate gift shop service your every need.   This is an end unit located on the fourth floor.   It is high enough to provide good ocean views but still low enough to allow you easy stair access to the beach without the elevator waits associated with higher floor units. Some additional features include:

  • Premium Linen Service - We don't leave a bag of linens at the door; The beds are all made and towels placed in the bathrooms prior to your arrival
  • The unit has its own Computer system with High Speed Internet service; free Wi-Fi for laptops in courtyard and building lobby

Special Note:   Groups of High School Graduating Seniors that desire to stay in this condominium unit are required to sign a special Lodging Agreement and have it co-signed by a parent or guardian as a condition of renting the unit.   Click here to view and complete this Agreement online and then print out for signatures.

Making Reservations at the Sea Watch Condominium

Please read our Rental Policies before making a reservation

We collect 25% of the rental total (rent, tax and processing fee) at the time a reservation is made.   A second payment of 25% is due 60 days prior to arrival.   The final rent balance plus the Security Deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.   Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will require a payment of 50% at the time the reservation is made.   Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.
