Special Note:   Groups of Graduating High School Seniors that desire to stay in our townhouses are required to sign a special Lodging Agreement and have it co-signed by a parent or guardian as a condition of renting these units.   Click here to view and complete the agreement online and then print a copy for signatures.

We collect 25% of the rental total (rent, tax and processing fee) at the time a reservation is made.   A second payment of 25% is due 60 days prior to arrival.   The final rent balance plus the Security Deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.   Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will require a payment of 50% at the time the reservation is made.   Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.
