For 2009 reservation requests submitted before December 31, we do not collect the normal deposit.   Instead, we charge a $250 unit holding fee to hold the unit until March 1, 2009.   At that time, you will be required to make a deposit equal to approximately one third the total rental amount to convert the unit hold into a a unit reservation.   The $250 holding fee will be fully credited to the required deposit if the unit hold is converted to a reservation.   The final payment for rental costs is not due until thirty days prior to your arrival.
