It is really difficult to capture the incredible ocean and beach views from this unit in a photo.   The wall to wall, floor to ceiling glass doors and panels in the Master Bedroom coupled with the clear balcony panels provide great ocean views from the unit entrance throughout the Living Room, Dining Area and, of course, the Master Bedroom.   You can see a glimpse of the Queen Canopy bed in the MBR in one of the slide show photos.   If you fall asleep on this bed with the vertical blinds open, you will awake thinking you fell asleep on the beach - your view down the beach is so unobstructed.
The second bedroom in this unit is on the bay side, but is nearly as large as the MBR with two full size beds.   This has been our most popular unit year in and out combining the fabulous views, the extras that we put in all our units, and the amenity package offered by the Goldens Sands that is second to none.   Special features and amenities include:

  • Premium Linen Service - We don't leave a bag of linens at the door; The beds are all made and towels placed in the bathrooms prior to your arrival
  • The unit has its own computer with High Speed Internet service
  • Netflix movie service allows viewing of hundreds of movies and TV shows on the unit computer
  • Cable TV with HBO and Showtime
  • Large Screen TV in Living Room and TV's in each of the Bedrooms
  • Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender and food processor as well as ample pots, pans, glasses and dinnerware for your cooking needs
  • Online Grocery Ordering: Order groceries and supplies online for pickup when you arrive - saving the time you would otherwise have to wait in line
  • Through a special arrangement with Head of the Class Resort Services, you can order beach items or items for an infant online and they will be delivered directly to your unit - no driving all over Ocean City trying to locate a rental shop. Click link to display items

Special Note:   Groups of High School Graduating Seniors that desire to stay in this condominium unit are required to sign a special Lodging Agreement and have it co-signed by a parent or guardian as a condition of renting the unit.   Click here to view and complete this Agreement online and then print out for signatures.

Making Reservations at Golden Sands Club Condominium

Please read our Rental Policies before making a reservation

We collect 25% of the rental total (rent, tax and processing fee) at the time a reservation is made.   A second payment of 25% is due 60 days prior to arrival.   The final rent balance plus the Security Deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.   Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will require a payment of 50% at the time the reservation is made.   Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival must be paid in full at the time the reservation is made.
