Well-behaved pets will be welcomed at the Parrot Isles Townhouses and our 2BR Jocelyn Manor Condo with the payment of a $75/pet fee.   Pet owners will be responsible for any damage done by the pet and shall abide by all Ocean City ordinances with respect to noise, cleaning up after the pet and keeping the pet on a leash when outside the rental unit.
