Ocean City Parks

INLET PARK: Inlet Park, located on the southern‑most end of Ocean City, boasts a boardwalk complete with viewing binoculars and informative signs overlooking Assateague Island.   This first link of a future bayside boardwalk is marked by the presence of a large Indian sculpture and is home to Ocean City's marble‑topped time capsule.

ENTRY PARK: A beautiful open space located on North Division Street directly at the foot of the Harry Kelley (Route 50) bridge, the Entry Park is the home to the Marlin Sculpture and fountain.

DORCHESTER BEACH VOLLEYBALL PARK: Grab a partner and have a ball at the Beach Volleyball park located between Dorchester and Talbot Streets off the boardwalk.   Ten public courts are available for pick up play during summer daylight hours.   Other public nets can be found scattered up and down the beach.   Call for the location nearest you.

DOWNTOWN RECREATION COMPLEX: Located between 3rd and 4th streets, bayside, the Downtown Recreation Complex offers something for everyone.   A lighted multipurpose ballfield along the bay, and a small ballfield appropriate for youth softball games, as well as a playground area make this park ideal for the entire family.   Basketball enthusiasts will enjoy ample court area to shoot some hoops.   Two hard tennis courts will give downtown racquet wielders a place to strut their stuff.   Lights are available for evening play.   The Ocean Bowl Skate Park, a popular spot for skateboarders and inline skaters, contains a pool bowl, vert ramp, mini ramp and concrete street area.   Directly on the bay, Chicago Avenue’s Victorian themed “Promenade” area is an ideal spot for fishing and crabbing.

NINTH STREET FISHING PIER: If you love to fish, then head to Ninth Street and the bay.   This well‑maintained pier with fish‑cleaning tables equipped with hoses for easy clean‑up, is an ideal getaway for even the most discerning fishermen.

ROBIN PARK: Off of 28th Street and Robin Drive, Robin Park is a small neighborhood‑type park geared toward the younger set.   Picnic areas and landscaped open space, along with a small playground, makes Robin Park a perfect place for both residents and visitors to play.

CONVENTION CENTER PARK: Located on 41st Street and Bayside, Convention Center Park provides a pier along the bay offering fishing and crabbing opportunities.

OCEAN CITY TENNIS CENTER: The Ocean City Tennis Center, located on 61st Street Bayside, is home to Ocean City's finest tennis facility.   Six Premier and three Lee Fast Dry Clay courts are featured.   Junior activities, leagues, and clinic play are centered here.   Ocean City's Tennis Manager can be reached at this facility through the summer season.

LITTLE SALISBURY PARK: Located on 94th Street and Bayside, Little Salisbury Park is home to the Ocean City Art League, two hard tennis courts, a basketball court and a playground.

JAMESTOWN PARK:Jamestown Park, the Town’s newest landscaped promenade off of Jamestown Road (116th St.), is the perfect site for a restful stroll of quiet reflection.

NORTHSIDE PARK: Located on 125th Street and the Bay, Northside Park is Ocean City's largest and most popular park facility.   Home to the Recreation and Parks Department's Administrative offices, the 58 acre complex boasts three lighted softball/baseball fields, a lighted soccer field, multipurpose field, a fishing lagoon, a foot bridge, concession stands, two playgrounds, picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking/jogging paths, and a large building with a 14,200 square foot gymnasium, kitchen, community room, conference room, patio, sitting areas, and a sports center annex with a 21,000 square foot multi-sport sports arena.

GORMAN PARK: Gorman Park on 136th Street and Bayside, just off Derrickson Avenue, is home to one Premier tennis court, one three‑wall racquetball court, palilion and a playground.

FIESTA PARK: A wooded, passive park, Fiesta Park is located on 141st Street and Bayside.   Nature trails and a picnic area provide a relaxing family recreational experience.

NORTH SURF PARK: A lovely little neighborhood park, adjacent to North Surf Road (turn left off 142nd Street), North Surf's rolling turf and scattered trees makes picnicking ideal.   Open space and a tot lot are sure to make North Surf a favorite family destination.

SUNSET PARK: Located on South Division Street west of South Philadelphia Avenue, Downtown.   Amenities include restrooms, stage, exhibits, crabbing & fishing.   Ocean City’s newest park is a promenade with native shore planting areas with a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean, Assateague Island, the Sinepuxent Bay and Ocean City Commercial Harbor.   The stage at Sunset Park is home to concerts and gatherings in the summer and early fall.
