Between October and May of each year, we offer several properties located
in Ocean City, Maryland for monthly rental. The same condos or townhouses that rent from
$1800 to $3650 per week during our summer season are offered
for monthly rental for $550 to $750 per month (see table below). All of our units
have fully equipped kitchens with full size refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, and microwaves. Every unit has its own washer and dryer along with multiple TV's, DVD Players, and CD stereos. In addition, every condo unit
is equipped with its own computer with high speed Internet service. The rent includes free Internet service; unlimited local and long distance phone service; and Cable with HBO (some units have Showtime as well). The tenant only pays for electricity.
We are interested in finding reliable caretakers for these luxury resort units in lieu of having them vacant for the off-season or renting them for the occasional weekend. For this reason, we will only accept non-smoking tenants with an excellent rental history and good references.
The table below lists the name of each available unit, provides a very brief description of the features, and lists the monthly rental rate. If you click on the name of the unit (such as Capri Unit 1502), you will be transferred to a Web Page for that unit which has a detailed description of the building and unit, a slide show of photos taken in, from, and around the unit, and, in some cases, even narrated movies of the unit. If you find one you are interested in renting, click the "Contact Us" tab found at the top of all our Web pages to send us an e-mail. Be sure to identify the unit you are interested in as different units are handled by different agents.
