The Golden Sands Club Condominium is a 360 unit complex located on the beach at Coastal Highway and 109th Street.   While Ocean City has many condos located on the beach, the Golden Sand's unique design sets it apart for all other buildings.   The two and three bedroom units feature glass walls in the Master Bedrooms and Living Rooms that bring the ocean and beach right to your unit.   The One Bedroom units offer this same feature for the Living Room.   We are not talking about a large window - it is wall to wall, floor to ceiling reinforced glass.   Even the balcony railing uses the same reinforced glass so that nothing obstructs your view. Aside from spacious interiors and views that are unmatched anywhere on the beach, the Golden Sands also offers amenities which are beyond those of any other condo.   The penthouse level on the 22nd floor houses the fitness center, a sunroom, saunas and indoor game room as well as a facility used for banquets and weddings.   The glass wall view is so spectular from that level that a unit owner once remarked "On a clear day, you can see Portugal".
