Well-behaved pets will be permitted at the Parrot Lagoon Townhouses with the payment of a fee of $75 per pet. Pet owners will be responsible for any damage done by the pet and shall abide by all Ocean City ordinances with respect to noise, cleaning up after the pet and keeping the pet on a leash when outside the rental unit.
