Ocean City Condos

Between October and May of each year, we offer several properties located in Ocean City, Maryland for monthly rental. The same condos or townhouses that rent from $1675 to over $3450 per week during our summer season are offered for monthly rental at rates ranging from $550 to $800 per month. All of our units have fully equipped kitchens with full size refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, and microwaves. Every unit has its own washer and dryer along with multiple TV's, VCR's, and CD stereos. In addition, every condo unit is equipped with its own computer. The rent also includes cable service.
We are interested in finding reliable caretakers for these luxury resort units in lieu of having them vacant for the off-season or renting them for the occasional weekend. For this reason, we will only accept tenants with an excellent rental history and good references. If you are interested in spending a few months in an oceanfront condo this coming off-season, click on the various unit descriptions below to preview our units. If you are interested in any of the units we have for the coming off-season, complete the Request Form at the bottom of this page and press the SUBMIT tab. Do not use the request forms for individual units found elsewhere on this website to make an off-season request. Those are for regular weekly rentals only.
