If you are coming to Ocean City, why stay at the North end of town and spend so much time traveling back and forth to enjoy the amusements, restaurants, atmosphere, and night life associated with the Boardwalk? Stay at the Parrot Isle Unit 28 Townhouse and spend more time at the Boardwalk rather than waiting on the buses or looking for parking. This unit is located off Philadelphia Avenue between 4th and 5th Street just two blocks from the Beach and Boardwalk. Virtually everything in the downtown area is just a short stroll from your door. There is even a 24 hour deli/grocery located right on the same block.
What about Parking? So many places downtown area ignore the fact that you need parking for vehicles during your stay here. Unit 28 offers two parking passes for the parking lots located in front and or right next to the unit. We also offer an additional assigned space a couple of blocks away. In the event you have more than three cars, we will provide instructions for free satellite parking for extra vehicles. This townhouse was built in 2002 and has been upgraded with new furniture, appliances and flooring. We installed new maple cabinets and granite countertops in the kitchen as well as leather sofas in the living room. You will find that our Unit 28 townhouse is very well equipped and in the best possible location for an enjoyable vacation.
