If you are coming to Ocean City, why stay at the North end of town and spend so much time traveling back and forth to enjoy the amusements, restaurants, atmosphere, and nite life associated with the Boardwalk? Book a week in one of our Parrot Isles Townhouses and spend more time at the Boardwalk rather than waiting on the buses or looking for parking. These units are located between 4th and 5th Street just two blocks from the Beach and Boardwalk. Virtually everything in the downtown area is just a short stroll from your door. There is even a 24 hour deli/grocery located right on the same block.
What about Parking? So many places in the downtown area provide only one parking space or even worse leave you to search for non-existent street parking in the downtown area. Our townhouses each come with offstreet parking for three cars and even the opportunity to purchase a fourth space on a space available basis.
These duplex townhouses were built in 2002 and have been upgraded with new furniture, appliances and flooring between 2008 and 2012. You will find that our townhouses are well equipped and in the best possible location for an enjoyable vacation.

Rental Requirements: This units rents to couples, families, and unrelated groups. Unrelated groups must sign and return the Lodging Agreement. Graduating High School Seniors along with a parent or guardian must sign and return the Lodging Agreement.
