Our regular condos and townhouse units have fully equipped kitchens; washers and dryers; multiple TV's, VCR's/DVD Players and CD Stereos; and even a computer equipped with High Speed Internet service. All of our units are non-smoking and, most important of all, the condos are all located right on the beach. We invite you to take a tour of our site. If you are not familiar with Ocean City, Maryland, we suggest that you start your tour with one of the links under "Ocean City Info" (the second tab from the left). From there you can select a link providing general information about Ocean City, get information about local attractions or upcoming events or learn about our famous Assateague Island Ponies, Boardwalk, White Marlin Fishing Tournament, area golf courses, and other events and attractions that make Ocean City so special. The links under "Full Week Rentals", "Partial Week Rentals", "Rentals for Unrelated Groups" and "Units for Graduating Seniors" will display rate and availability information about our units at the Capri, Carousel, Century One, Golden Sands, Coconut Malorie, Princess Royale, and Sea Watch Condominiums in mid-town and North Ocean City as well as the Jocelyn Manor Condominium and our Parrot Isles Townhouses located near the Boardwalk.
